I would like to personally welcome you to the first day of your future. I am overjoyed that you have taken that first step toward health, fitness and living a more fulfilling, joyful life. Sometimes getting to that place of being READY FOR A CHANGE is the hardest obstacle you’ll ever face. For some of you, it’s taken years to realize that today is the day. For others, you’ve known that you need to start but you just don’t know how! Either way, here you are, and I am so proud of you!
Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, improve your health and nutrition or even break free from financial stress and create your own freedom, I am here to encourage you, motivate you and help you achieve your goals. There is no better feeling than pure joy, and I believe that the best source of joy is accomplishment. I am dedicated to your path, and I am most joyful when I see YOU succeed. Step 1: Get your copy of my free video series, Kickstart 7 – How to Jump-Start Your Fitness in 7 Easy Steps. In one week I will personally take you through the seven most IMPORTANT steps when you are setting out to achieve your fitness goals, whether you are brand new to fitness or just need a little push of motivation! You will have a daily video delivered to your inbox and you’ll be ready to go in no time!
Step 2: Choose your desired fitness program and Shakeology flavor. There are a few ways to do this, but the most popular and best value is by doing it through a Challenge Pack. Step 3: Find me on Facebook! Come join my Facebook community that is rapidly growing! On my Facebook page, you’ll get my tips, tricks, motivation and all the latest news on the stuff YOU want to hear about. Recipes, workouts, upcoming challenges, you name it!
Step 4: Download the app! NEW for 2016, all challenges will now be run through a dedicated app for your phone. So if you don’t have Facebook, don’t worry! Anyone who purchases a Challenge Pack from me will be sent an email with a direct link to join. Simply download the app “My Challenge Tracker” from Beachbody OR use the link in the email you receive to have your fitness in the palm of your hand at all times! (Note: if you are already a customer and would like to join a challenge group, simply notify me and you can get the email too! An email from me is required to gain access to each group!)
Step 5: Get Started! When that Challenge Pack, program, supplement or fitness tool arrives at your front door, open it! Don’t wait until tomorrow! Rip that baby open, and if you can contain your excitement for even a few minutes, take a photo and post it on my Facebook page or in our group challenge on the app! Take a few minutes to look through your materials, check out your equipment, read the guides and find out what you’ll need to make sure you’re ready to begin. Don’t forget to log into the online SuperGym and put your workouts in your calendar so you can stay on track! Special hint, if you have a calendar in front of you, pick your start date and WRITE YOUR WORKOUT SCHEDULE ON YOUR CALENDAR! Trust me, this step seems a little “OCD,” but it’s worth it! When you think you’re ready to get started…don’t wait. Just GO! If the challenge starts on a Monday and you receive your program the Friday before…preview a few workouts! Watch them, try out one of them, but be ready to LAUNCH on our “day 1!” Make your Shakeology, connect with the Facebook group(s) and spread that excitement! Before you know it, you’ll be hitting goals you never knew were possible!
Step 6: Become a Coach if you haven’t already! If you decided to make the commitment to Beachbody by ordering your Challenge Pack as a coach and joining the team for free, congrats, you are ahead of the game! If you were hesitant to join us at first, go look in the mirror. Look at what you’ve accomplished already. Look at the people around you and see how you’ve motivated them to get on track. Look at the impact you are making simply by changing your own body and sharing what you’re doing with anyone who asks. Hello?! That is already coaching!
